Jeff is a seasoned veteran of the Financial Services Industry with 28 years of experience, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager at CheckFree Corporation. In that position, Jeff was responsible for directing and managing the Consumer Service Provider business unit’s overall strategy, support and delivery of online bill payment services to leading banks, credit unions, brokerages and financial portals in the U.S - both directly and through value-added reseller partners. Jeff’s specific areas of responsibility included sales, account management, product management, channel marketing, business policy and planning. Under Jeff’s leadership in this business unit, the largest at CheckFree, the company achieved robust, annual double-digit revenue growth, strong gains in product innovation and record levels of customer satisfaction and client retention, solidifying its position as the market leader in the online bill payment space.

Prior to the above activities, Jeff spent 18 years in the financial services industry with Bank of America, SunTrust and Deloitte & Touche in various senior roles in retail marketing, change management, strategic information planning, and retail bank/software consulting.

Jeff is an Ohio native and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton (Ohio) and later his M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
